Fenwick & West Represents Glu Mobile in Acquisition of China-based MIG

Fenwick & West LLP represented Glu Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ: GLUU) in its recently announced acquisition of Beijing Zhangzhong MIG Information Technology Co. Ltd. (MIG), a leading developer and publisher of mobile games for China. The transaction is Glu's first acquisition as a public company and is valued at approximately $40 million, including potential earnouts. MIG is believed to be the leading developer and publisher of mobile games in China, and the acquisition accelerates Glu's presence in China. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Glu, based in San Mateo, CA, is a leading global publisher of mobile games, and its portfolio of top-rated games includes original titles Super K.O. Boxing!, Stranded and Brain Genius.
