Fenwick Represents Gearbox Entertainment Company in Acquisition of Captured Dimensions

Fenwick represented Gearbox Entertainment Company, a creator and distributor of transmedia entertainment, in its acquisition of Captured Dimensions, a Texas-based technology company specializing in 3D capture, scanning and reconstruction services.
