Fenwick Represents Roofstock in its Equity Commitment to CasaGo in Strategic Merger with Vasaca

Fenwick is representing Roofstock, a leading proptech platform, in its equity commitment to CasaGo, a vacation rental property management company, as part of its strategic merger with Vasaca, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCSA), a vacation rental management platform in North America.

Roofstock plans to invest in and provide strategic guidance to the combined company, leveraging its decade of experience using technology to enhance property management capabilities, customer experience and liquidity for residential property investors. The transaction, which is expected to be completed towards the end of the first quarter or the early part of the second quarter of 2025, is subject to certain customary closing conditions, including approval by Vacasa’s shareholders.
