Zoe focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Zoe was an associate at an international law firm where she represented clients in corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

During law school, Zoe was the Submissions Editor for the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology.
