Fenwick represented Muon Space, a climate-focused satellite constellation company, in its $56 million Series B funding and landmark agreement with SNC. The Series B round was led by Activate Capital, with participation from Acme Capital and existing investors Costanoa Ventures, Radical Ventures, and Congruent Ventures.
Muon Space will use the funds to scale its operations and expand its product offerings. In addition, the landmark agreement with SNC allows Muon Space to develop and deliver three next-generation satellites to further SNC’s Vindlér constellation.
