Leanne advises technology and life sciences companies on a broad range of intellectual property and licensing matters. She regularly works with clients in the semiconductor, consumer electronics and biopharmaceutical industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Leanne worked as a technology transactions associate for an Am Law 50 firm. She has experience drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses and joint development, manufacturing, supply and other commercial agreements. She has also provided guidance on intellectual property matters related to mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
