Fenwick represented Threshold Ventures, a venture capital firm investing primarily in early-stage healthcare and business software companies, in Freshpaint’s $30 million Series B funding. The funding was led by Threshold, with additional participation from SignalFire, Intel Capital, Zero Prime, and Y Combinator.
Freshpaint will use the funds to invest in their people and expand their technology with the goal of advancing its healthcare privacy platform. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
