Kristen focuses on a broad range of corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries, including startup formation and corporate governance, venture capital and debt financings, and complex mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Kristen was an associate at a nationally recognized law firm, where she counseled entrepreneurial clients at all stages of the business life cycle, from incorporation and expansion through exit.

During law school, Kristen served on the leadership board for the Social Enterprise and Startup Law group. She also served as a corporate counsel extern with an online, wholesale grocery retailer based in New York and New Jersey.
