Fenwick Represents Instabase in $100M Series D Funding

Fenwick represented Instabase, an app platform that can be used to understand and analyze unstructured data, in its $100 million Series D funding. The round was led by Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) with participation from existing investors, Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Index Ventures, and NEA.

Instabase will use the funds to further the automation, analysis, and search capabilities of its unstructured data platform, AI Hub, to serve its customers. More information can be obtained here.
