Jessica concentrates her practice on startup and venture capital work. She provides strategic counsel to life sciences and technology companies, ranging from newly formed startup companies to mature, late-stage private companies, on various corporate matters. She also represents venture capital firms and other technology and life sciences investors.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Jessica worked as a corporate associate in the emerging companies and venture capital group at a leading international law firm.

While attending law school, Jessica was the co-chair of the Advocacy Committee and the co-president of the Labour Law Society.
