Katarina represents emerging technology companies on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on blockchain technology and artificial intelligence. She is passionate about exploring issues at the intersection of financial services and technology, including money transmission and securities laws.

Before joining Fenwick, Katarina served as a legal intern for the Federal Communications Commission in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.

In law school, Katarina was a staff editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review and wrote a publication on Decentralized Prediction Markets. She also clerked for the Communications and Technology Law Clinic, where she drafted a public comment and presented a petition before the Federal Trade Commission to advocate for stronger online protections for minors.
