Jonathan represents startups and emerging companies in the technology, blockchain and life sciences spaces on a variety of corporate matters, including venture capital financing and capital markets. He has a passion for utilizing the law to help new technologies and companies innovate.
In law school, Jonathan founded the Law & Blockchain Association, contributed to a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), and completed a legal internship at one of the world’s largest NFT platforms. He also served as a Teaching Associate at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and completed summer clerkships both at Fenwick and a California based civil-litigation law firm, where he participated in three trials.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Jonathan was an entrepreneur and founded a solar company.
