Fenwick Achieves Mansfield 2023-2024 Certification Plus Status for Leadership Diversity

Fenwick is proud to have achieved Mansfield 2023-2024 Certification Plus status from Diversity Lab.

Following a thorough year-long certification process, this recognition acknowledges the firm’s continued efforts to ensure that all qualified talent at Fenwick have a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership roles.

The additional “Plus” status indicates that at least 30% of current firm leadership roles are held by women, lawyers of color, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities.

Fenwick was one of the first law firms to sign on to the Mansfield Rule pilot in 2017 and is currently participating in the Mansfield Rule Certification process for 2024-2025.
