Fenwick & West represents Baozun Inc. (Nasdaq: BZUN), a leading brand e-commerce service partner in China, in its follow-on public offering of 6,000,000 ADSs, with an option to purchase an additional 900,000 ADSs. Each ADS was priced at US $12.25. The offering was made by the company and several selling shareholders.
