Fenwick Named Tech M&A Law Firm of the Year for Fifth Consecutive Year

Fenwick has been honored as the Technology M&A Law Firm of the Year for the fifth consecutive year by Global M&A Network at the USA M&A Atlas Awards. The firm was also honored with two Deal of the Year awards.

Fenwick earned the USA Tech Deal of the Year for representing HelloSign, a best-in-class eSignature and document workflow platform, in its acquisition by Dropbox. In the middle market Cross-Border M&A Deals category, Fenwick was recognized for its representation of Farfetch Limited, the leading global technology platform for the luxury fashion industry, in its acquisition of Stadium Goods.
