Fenwick Represents HelloSign in $230 Million Acquisition by Dropbox

Fenwick & West represented JN Projects, Inc. (d/b/a HelloSign), a best-in-class eSignature and document workflow platform with more than 80,000 customers, in its acquisition by Dropbox, Inc. (Nasdaq: DBX), a leading global collaboration platform, for $230 million.
