She provides clients with practical and thoughtful advice to help solve their business and legal issues, and assists clients in structuring, negotiating and closing business transactions quickly and effectively. Kristine also represents and advises leading incubators, angel investors and venture capitalists.
Kristine is a frequent guest lecturer at Cornell University on technology entrepreneurship and venture capital topics. She serves as mentor and speaker at incubators, accelerators, universities and business organizations in the Bay Area and in New York. Kristine is actively involved within the startup ecosystem and is especially committed to empowering female entrepreneurs by supporting them through all phases of their business and personal development.
She was a founding partner of Fenwick’s New York office, which opened in June 2016.
