Jordan provides strategic counsel on a broad range of complex transactional, governance and corporate matters to serve cutting edge emerging and high-growth technology and life sciences companies throughout their entire lifecycle, including in highly regulated industries like aerospace, blockchain, digital health, fintech and transportation. Jordan also advises venture capital firms, corporate venture groups and cross-over investors in a wide variety of financing transactions, and has extensive experience building joint ventures and consortia.

Jordan was a member of the Harvard International Law Journal, Harvard Journal of Law and Technology and the Harvard Business Law Review. While in law school, Jordan wrote about innovation law and policy and was the executive director of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project.
