Dargaye is a patent attorney that provides comprehensive, cost-effective solutions for clients. He focuses his practice on patent litigation, running cases directed to a wide range of technologies from pre-litigation disputes through trial and appeal. Dargaye couples his technical and legal expertise to identify noninfringement and invalidity defenses, prepare expert reports, claim construction briefs, and dispositive motions. He regularly works on all aspects of inter partes review—from drafting petitions through oral hearing and appeal—successfully invalidating claims asserted against clients in litigation. Dargaye also has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Prior to law school, Dargaye worked as a patent examiner for three years at the Patent and Trademark Office.
