Yi advises technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of litigation matters.
Yi previously worked as a summer associate at Fenwick and supported the firm’s litigation practice.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Yi worked as an associate for a leading law firm headquartered in Beijing, China, where she focused on unfair competition dispute resolution, compliance-related investigations, white-collar crimes, data security and protection, IP licensing and infringement disputes, and general commercial dispute resolutions. She also worked as a junior associate for a leading Am Law 50 firm, where her work was concentrated on all aspects of corporate internal investigations (FCPA investigation), trade related investigations, and general commercial litigation.
While in law school, Yi was chief articles editor for the Washington University Law Review and earned the Mary Collier Hitchcock Prize.
