With a Ph.D. in Physics and multiple years of patent experience, Xiao brings a deep understanding of complex technologies to her legal practice. Xiao has represented a diverse range of clients, from startups to established corporations, and has successfully prosecuted patent applications across a wide variety of technologies, including computer software, electronics, electromechanical and medical devices, semiconductors, artificial intelligence and machine learning, big data and data analytics. She has extensive experience in all aspects of patent prosecution, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability searches, counseling foreign patent prosecution, and advising clients on patent strategy.
