Xavier is a member of the firm’s private investment funds team and advises clients on structuring, raising, managing and investing in venture capital funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, corporate venture funds and crypto hedge funds.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Xavier worked at a global law firm where he primarily concentrated on fund formation and review, co-investment deals and LP-side work.

While attending law school, Xavier served as the vice president of the Black Law Students Association and as notes editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
