Wendy assists public and private companies, and their boards, in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. In the realm of ESG, Wendy regularly advises on ESG developments and best practices, policy design and implementation, risk identification and assessment, along with shareholder engagement and activism. She also advises on ESG-related disclosures, commercial requirements, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Fenwick, Wendy served as a partner at an international law firm, where she advised public companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including securities law and stock exchange compliance, Securities Exchange Commission reporting and disclosure, corporate governance, public and private equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate restructurings and reorganizations.
