Warren advises technology and life sciences innovators across all growth stages on a broad variety of corporate matters to help them achieve their business objectives.

He provides strategic counseling to clients ranging from newly formed startups to mature, late-stage private companies—as well as VC funds and strategic corporate investors—on formations, debt and equity financings, and corporate governance. In his capital markets practice, he represents companies and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, tender offers, reporting obligations, and governance matters.

During law school, Warren was the chief online editor of Washington Law Review. He also served as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
