Warren advises on a broad variety of corporate matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Warren was a corporate associate at an international law firm in their Palo Alto office.

During law school, Warren was a Business Law Scholar, research assistant, and senior executive editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. He also served as career chair of the Black Law Students Association.
