Tim represents a variety of clients in the startup and venture capital space, including emerging companies, venture capital funds, and angel investors. His background includes advising companies with respect to formation, equity and convertible debt financings, corporate governance, and secondary sales, and advising venture investors with respect to minority equity investments, joint ventures, and private company M&A.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Tim was an associate at a boutique law firm advising startups and venture capital funds. Prior to that, Tim was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm.

Tim received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was the Symposium Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law’s symposium on blockchain technology.
