Tim advises technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of patent litigation matters.

Before joining Fenwick, Tim worked as an intellectual property associate at an Am Law 50 firm. He has litigated a broad variety of technology patents — including barcode scanners, Wi-Fi devices, and solar power inverters — before the ITC and several district courts.

Tim previously served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear submarine officer.
