Tiara represents technology and life sciences companies in employment-related disputes and advises employers on a broad range of employment-related matters, including personnel policies, employment contracts, workplace investigations, employee hiring, discipline and termination, wage and hour compliance, and other employment practices.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Tiara was an associate at an Am Law 50 firm where she advised clients in a broad range of industries on employee discipline and discharge, restrictive covenants, employee health and safety, reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, employee compensation, layoffs and other employment matters. She also has experience conducting employment due diligence and providing support on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset deals and financing events.

While in law school, Tiara was Technical Editor for the USF Law Review and served as judicial extern for Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye of the Supreme Court of California. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her Legal Research and Writing and Labor Law courses and as well as the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law. She was also a member of the McAuliffe Academic Honor Society.
