Tempestt is an associate in Fenwick’s corporate practice. She advises technology and life sciences clients on various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions.

While attending law school, Tempestt was a board member for Law Students of African Descent and Women of Color Collective. Tempestt advised startups through the Berkeley Law's New Business Community Law Clinic and advised clients through the East Bay Community Law Center’s Economic Justice Clinic.
