Susanne focuses her practice on transactions and counseling involving intellectual property and technology.

Susanne regularly advises multinational companies across a wide range of technology and IP-intensive industries, including semiconductor, autonomous vehicle, mobile communications, high-tech products, aerospace and health care industries. Susanne has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound patent, software and brand license agreements, development and collaboration agreements, manufacturing, supply, distribution, services and other commercial agreements. She also counsels clients on intellectual property and technology aspects of domestic and cross-board M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Susanne served as of counsel in the technology transactions group for an Am Law 50 firm and as a technology and IP associate for a tier 1 Danish law firm.
