Susan focuses her practice on counseling clients in a wide variety of antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, antitrust compliance issues, and government investigations.

Susan has worked with clients across the life sciences and technology industries, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies.

During law school, Susan was a student advocate at the East Bay Community Law Center's Consumer Justice Clinic (formerly known as the Consumer Rights Workshop). Susan worked as a summer associate at Fenwick and a top law firm in Seoul, South Korea.
