Steve represents emerging and public companies in the technology and life sciences spaces on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, venture capital financings, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Steve served in the U.S. Army as an infantry platoon leader and operations officer.

While attending law school, Steve interned at the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York and worked as an associate at a venture capital firm focused on the aerospace and defense industry. He also externed at the Department of Defense where he focused on accelerating the adoption of commercial technology for military use.
