Sofia represents technology and life sciences companies in complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her experience includes representing clients in securities fraud, antitrust and contractual disputes, as well as in regulatory and internal investigations involving shareholder demands, insider trading and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Sofia was a litigation associate at a prestigious New York-based law firm.
