Shannon concentrates her practice on corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

While in law school, Shannon served as a legal intern for Adobe and worked as a summer associate for an international law firm as well as Fenwick. She graduated as a Berkeley Center for Law and Business (BCLB) scholar and PracticePro Diversity scholar.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Shannon worked for Deloitte as an Audit & Assurance Senior Associate in their financial technology group.
