Scott has represented clients in proceedings before federal district courts throughout the United States, the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigations, discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal. Scott has also counseled companies on patent prosecution matters and patent portfolio management, as well as performed due diligence investigations.
