Sarah practices intellectual property law with a focus on technology transactions, privacy, and cybersecurity. She has a broad range of experience including advising on complex licensing transactions, product development, government contracts, and corporate operations.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Sarah was the first in-house legal hire at a technology unicorn. She previously held operations positions at technology and entertainment companies.
