Sarah focuses her practice on counseling clients in various regulatory and compliance matters. She represents clients in complex business transactions in connection with new company launches and mergers and acquisitions, including advising clients as to disclosure requirements, sales and marketing practices, risk analysis, and internal compliance policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Sarah was an associate at a prominent law firm in Washington, DC. Her experience in federal and state regulations includes analyzing key licensing and operations issues and advising clients on compliance with evolving regulatory schemes. Sarah externed at the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of Montana and was a law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission in Seattle. While attending law school, Sarah was the Chief Managing Editor of the Washington International Law Journal.
