Sandra advises on a broad variety of intellectual property matters, with a focus on open source and technology transactions, for clients in a wide variety of industries, including technology industries. She also counsels clients on IP and open-source aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Her experience spans a wide range of technological fields, including aerospace law and Dutch law.

During her graduate studies, Sandra focused on copyrights, trademarks and unusual forms of IP. As an undergraduate, Sandra focused on corporate and international law.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Sandra advised on open-source software copyright/license matters at an international law firm. She has over 20 years of legal experience as in-house counsel and as a contract attorney in the global technology and aerospace industries.
