Sam advises clients in the high technology and life sciences industries in complex corporate transactions. Sam has represented both buyers and sellers on transactions including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and acquihires. He also advises companies throughout their corporate lifecycle on venture capital financings, debt financings and day-to-day corporate matters.

During law school, Sam was a staff member for the Chicago Journal of International Law and published a student comment “The Role of Digital Products Under the WTO: A New Framework for GATT and GATS Classification.”
