Sam supports clients in the technology and life sciences industries on matters related to securities law, corporate governance, and public reporting.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Sam was an associate at a leading international law firm in New York.

During law school, Sam served as Editor-in-Chief of the California Law Review and as a law clerk in the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
