Samantha represents technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of litigation matters, with a focus on commercial and intellectual property litigation.

Samantha maintains an active pro bono practice and serves on the board of San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association.

While attending law school, Samantha served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Samantha was also co-president of La Alianza Law Students Association, a student advocate for the Samuelson Law, Technology, & Public Policy Clinic, and a researcher for the Reproductive Justice Project.

Samantha published her student note "Understanding Unicolors: Mistakes of Law Don't Necessarily Invalidate Copyright Registration Certificates" with the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
