Ryan advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of litigation matters.
While in law school, Ryan served as a law clerk for the U.S. Copyright Office’s Office of Policy and International Affairs. He was also executive editor for the California Law Review, fellow of the Academic Skills Program, notes and comments editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, and co-chair of the Queer Caucus.
Prior to that, Ryan was an intellectual property clerk at another Am Law 100 firm, where he managed trademark and copyright portfolios, including global prosecution, enforcement, and dispute actions.
