Ruchika advises technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of litigation matters, with a focus on patent litigation. She has experience managing discovery, writing briefs, working with technical and damages experts, and drafting infringement and invalidity contentions. She has also taken and defended depositions, drafted IPR petitions and expert declarations, provided patent indemnity counseling, and provided high-end patent portfolio advice for clients.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Ruchika was a litigation associate for an Am Law 100 firm in its litigation practice group. She also worked as an associate and summer associate for a Am Law 50 firm. While in law school, Ruchika served as the executive articles editor of the Journal of Law and Technology.
