Ross advises blockchain, technology, and healthcare clients across all growth stages on a wide range of corporate matters, including startup counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and corporate governance.

While attending law and business school, Ross was a member of the Business Law Association, the Michigan Veterans Society, and focused his business school curriculum on finance and entrepreneurship. He was a student attorney with Michigan Law’s Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he advised Detroit based small businesses on a variety of corporate matters. He also externed as an MBA consultant in the aerospace industry.

Prior to law school, Ross served as an officer in the U.S. Navy in aviation, and as an executive with an international non-profit youth organization.
