Robina advises clients across all growth stages on a wide range of corporate matters, including startups, late-stage private companies, public companies, venture capital firms, and investors. Her practice includes startup counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, formations, securities law compliance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Robina worked as a corporate associate in the mergers and acquisition group at a leading law firm.

During law school, Robina served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William Alsup in the United States District Court in the Northern District of California. She was also a copy editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and provided pro bono legal services with the USC Immigration Clinic.
