Rich advises emerging and high-growth technology and life sciences companies, venture capital firms and other technology investors on a broad range of corporate matters. His practice includes formations, venture capital financings, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Rich was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm where he focused his practice on a variety of corporate transactions and providing counsel to emerging companies.

During law school, Rich was the executive notes editor of the Jurisprudence Review.
