Regina advises on a broad variety of intellectual property matters, with a focus on technology transactions, for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Regina represented clients in technology related transactional matters, including collaboration agreements, licensing, tech-transfer, non-disclosure, joint venture, supplier, assignments, patent clearance and freedom to operate opinions. She also worked as a senior associate for a prominent financial services law firm, where she advised clients in all aspects of IP law, including exploiting and protecting IP assets through litigation, licensing, data transfer agreements and mergers and acquisitions.
