Rebecca represents technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Rebecca’s practice focuses primarily on securities litigation, shareholder disputes, SEC investigations and related litigation. She is well-versed in web3 and also advises clients on litigation risk and managing pre-litigation disputes.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Rebecca served as in-house litigation counsel for a cryptocurrency solutions company. Rebecca has also worked as a litigation associate for an Am Law 50 firm, where she defended clients in securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, regulatory investigations, bankruptcy actions, SEC enforcement actions and general commercial litigation claims. Rebecca clerked for the Honorable Allyne R. Ross of the Eastern District of New York.
