Raffi advises on a broad variety of corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

While in law school, Raffi served as a research assistant, focusing mainly on bankruptcy affiliate venue issues under 28 U.S.C §1408 and served as a teaching assistant at the UCLA Anderson School of Management as an undergrad. Furthermore, Raffi received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Silver Award for achieving the second-highest grade in Civil Procedure.

Prior to starting at Fenwick, Raffi spent four months volunteering at international law NGOs in Yerevan, Armenia, focusing his work primarily on prisoners of war and refugee related issues.
