Oliver advises technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of employment matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Oliver worked as a labor and employment litigation associate for an Am Law 100 firm, where he represented employers defending against claims of employment discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, the ADEA and the ADA. Oliver also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
